Privacy & Policy

Confidentiality is an essential part of the relationship between Counselor and Client, and the counseling process.  Any / All information between the counselor and client cannot be disclosed without the client's prior written permission.  The confidentiality / Hipaa guidelines adhered to by this office are a part of the Counseling Agreement & Informed Consent document included on this site for your download, and is required to be read and completed by each new client.  You are encouraged to keep a copy of this document for your own edification and future referral.
